Charles Fierke, MCDBA — Member: Over 17 years in database management, software production, and IT/IS deployment. Charles has also spent many years focusing on excellence in legal discovery services and development of a competitive solution for document imaging, coding and hosting. |

Renee McParlan — Member: Over 16 years of experience in a regulated industry with emphasis on analysis and transformation of existing records management solutions leading to significant financial savings. Renee is knowledgeable in retention requirements spanning all Life Science records and is well versed in tactical aspects of creating a defensible compliance framework. |

Judy Lewis — Member: With 30 years of experience designing innovative records management solutions, Judy established a corporate RIM program for a Fortune 100 company that realized significant efficiencies and savings while setting a new industry standard. Judy is passionate about helping companies gain control over their information assets so they can focus on their core mission. |

Jeffrey McParlan — Executive Head of Enterprise Operations: Prior to joining TSS, Jeffrey spent his career in the pharmaceutical industry working both locally and internationally advocating compliant and lean manufacturing. Jeffrey is an alum of Western Michigan University and participates in Villanova University's Six Sigma program. Jeffrey is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys skiing and mountain biking. |
